"Monster Gym is not for those looking for fluff. It is not a social event,or a meat market. This place is run by people, with a passion for fitness and helping others. Serious trainers, looking for people that seriously ,want to change or imporove their body and energy level. Funny thing I am finding the me, I use to be. Boot camp is hard but I am so proud of myself every time I finish.
The athlete in me is coming alive again.

My son trains there threee days a week. He does speed agility and pitching lessons.
I work out in the gym while he works with the trainers. Feels great to have a little me time."
