Robert Reynolds was naturally introspective and meditative even very early in his life. He has pursued studies in multiple forms of contemplative meditation and has maintained his personal practice throughout his lifetime. His training has included Active Meditation, Focal Point Meditation and Guided Meditation. Recognizing the profound importance of learning the skills to master your thoughts and emotions, he shares the gift of meditation with others. He has given workshops and provided personal coaching to individuals.
Meditation may be practiced in a myriad of ways and every individual can find a method that works best for their lifestyle and goals. Daily meditation practice can deepen one�s connection with the divine, no matter your belief system. Meditation can also improve a person�s quality of life in general and increase perceptual ability and motor performance, increase emotional stability and improve learning abilities and memory. Meditators often report increased compassion, peace of mind and an improved sense of happiness.
