Event Information:

A number of vendors at 10th annual Spring Home & Garden Show, set for Saturday, March 31 and Sunday, April 1 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, are highlighting the newest products, technologies, and accessories for updating the most popular room in the house, the kitchen.

Electrolux Cooking Stage
Built-In Appliance Store presents Gail Creel on the Electrolux Cooking Stage. Creel has more than a dozen years of experience in cooking instruction and recipe development. She is a culinary instructor, television personality, product spokesperson and food stylist. She has appeared on Great Day Houston, as well as on morning news segments on local Fox and NBC affiliates.

Creel, who was recently one of the lead chefs at Houston’s Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show, will be stirring things up on the Electrolux Cooking Stage both days of the show, demonstrating the newest technologies of the new Electrolux line, designed to save time in the kitchen and to allow more time for family and friends.

Come see – and sample – what she’s got cooking!

Instant Access

When homeowners are asked what they would remodel first in their homes, the majority say the kitchen cabinets, due to lack of space, to improve ease of retrieving items, and the ability to more easily and clearly see what is in each cabinet. Kitchen Solutions has solved these problems without replacing the cabinets now in place.

Kitchen Solutions will be presenting their new EZ Reach cabinet organization projects. Pull-out trays are mounted inside the cabinets, providing more space and easy viewing.

Adam Villarreal of Kitchen Solutions said that for lower cabinets, where many people usually put heavy kitchen equipment such as blenders and mixers, they offer a drawer insert that is spring-loaded and manually pulls out easily and up to counter level.

“The drawer can serve as a workspace and then lowered back down into the cabinet. Because it is spring-loaded, it is easy to lift and lower,” said Villarreal.

Another option is ShelfGenie, who will be featuring their organization products for creating more space, especially when it comes to blind-corner cabinets in the kitchen. They allow for more accessibility and improve space by 50 percent. Stop by their booth for a demonstration.

Also, check out Designer Kitchens’ exhibit featuring a stunning Wood-Mode Tuscany island with zebrawood countertops, a Brookhaven pantry system in antique white and espresso glaze finish, and a wide variety cabinetry options from Wood-Mode.

Beauty and Durability

Final Touch Granite will have a full kitchen as part of their booth, complete with countertops in beautiful granites in the newest colors and designs. Custom hoods for slide in ranges will also be highlighted as well as the newest apron front kitchen sinks, custom islands, and the newest storage applications.

And more!

Other kitchen-related vendors include Cabinet Cures, Carol’s Lighting, DC Kitchens and Baths, Ed’s Custom Wood Floors, Granite Craftsman, Keechi Creek Builders (with show speaker Brandon Lynch), Milton Frank Plumbing, Milstead Glass, Plumb Perfect, Stone Systems of Houston (Silestone), Trifection Remodeling and Viking Floor.
