"Dr Perkins and his office staff are very organized and knowledgeable. Ive been going there for 2 years. I have recommended them to many friends. I saw several dentist in kingwood until i found dr Perkins. I love their dental hygienist. They taken their time with you and your gums. Everything is explained and understood before they proceed with any treatment or procedure. You get an estimate the first day of all work that needs to be done. I will never go to another dentist."

My entire family comes to this office, not only for Dr. Perkins' expertise and skill, but the entire staff is very knowlegeable, friendly, helpful and they really know how to make you feel comfortable. My husband needed a dental implant and everything went exactly according to plan right down to his new crown on the implant. His smile is beautiful, and you would never know he has a dental implant. The implant is comfortable and fuctions perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Perkins' office for all your family's dental needs."

"I felt like I was getting worked on by a used car salesman. Constantly trying to sell me stuff and telling me things were necessary that would cost thousands of dollars. I don't doubt that he is skilled, but who wants to deal with a salesman everytime they go to the dentist? Especially one that tells you something is wrong when it is not."

"It took Ms Bollman over 45 minutes to remove my tooth. In the process, she knocked the crown off of an adjacent tooth. She does not have the strength or technique to pull teeth. Her billing dept was either incompetent or intentionally mislead me on how much insurance would cover. When I received a bill, I called them to discuss it and they were rude and uncaring. When I tried to discuss this with Ms Bollman on the phone, she hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never use her services again and would advise others to avoid using her services."

"My experience at Creekwood Dental was very pleasant. When I went in for my checkup and cleaning, I was very impressed at the professional, kind way they treated me! Dr. Smith and his staff were warm and friendly and immediately put me at ease right when I walked through the door. I left with wonderfully clean teeth and the best part of it all was that it ended up COSTING LESS than I thought! Of all the Dentists in the Kingwood area, I will for sure be going back to Dr. Smith. Professional is an understatement... the facility is state of the art, warm and inviting, staff is very friendly and they don't over book and he is so kind and sincere, as well as HONEST and high INTEGRITY.
He could have charged me the 2k castle was trying to get for some minor cosmetic stuff, but he found a better way that was better for my teeth at less then half the cost Castle wanted to charge.

I can't wait and I want to tell everyone about this wonderful man Dr. Vaughn! Our entire family is switching to Dr. Vaughn! Thanks so much Bev from Dr. Richards for your wonderful referral!!!"

"I picked this dentist solely based on their location and the fact that they had late hours a few times a week so that I would not have to miss work. Because I was a new patient, I had to wait over a month to get one of the after-hours slots, but was happy to do so even though I had a nagging tooth ailment. I came down with an acute cough and fever 2 days before my scheduled appointment, which I immediately went to see a doctor for, and was prescribed antibiotics. The day of my dentist appointment arrived and I debated all day on whether or not to go because of the cough I had developed, but by this time my tooth was killing me and I was desperate for the dentist, so I took the maximum amount over the counter cough suppressants until my cough was under control. I napped all afternoon because the cough suppressants made me drowsy and actually had to have a friend drive me to the appointment because I felt so drugged. When I arrived at my appointment (on time), I was told by the desk attendant that my appointment was canceled because I had not returned her call. What call, I asked? I had received the standard “reminder” call the day before telling me that I had an appointment the next day, but nothing else. She actually canceled an appointment I waited 4 weeks for because I hadn’t returned her reminder call! Unfortunately, I can’t rate the dentist because I didn’t get a chance to meet him. But his office has absolutely no regard for their patients at all. I waited patiently for an appointment, went through a lot of trouble to arrive on time, and had my appointment canceled because I didn’t return a reminder call! I probably was the last patient of the day and the staff was itching to go home early; save yourself the trouble and find a more professional dentist office."

"Please read the entire review. Very professional atmosphere. Courteous staff. Personable Dentist.
However, be extremely careful in determining your insurance coverage. Be certain about all expenses this Dental Office will charge you above and beyond all insurance settlements. After services were rendered and billings were final, I received large invoices beyond what my insurance had already paid. Insurance coverage that has been wonderful and impressive to every other dentist I've been to was suddenly "low end" and "the worst they've heard of". The account manager even had the nerve to say my wife is lying about what she was told during her exam. Despite my clean teeth, I will never be back to Creekwood Dental."
