"The management STINKS!! I lived there for only a year and I wish I hadn't.We reported problems and it took forever to get anything fixed. Plus, our neighbors played their music at all hours of the night so loud my bedroom walls vibrated. I complained to the landlord and she claimed she would handle it. Not to mention one saturday we got home and could smell the pot they were smoking next door. The apartments look renovated in the pictures but all they did was slap on a coat of paint and called it a remodel. All of our cabinet doors lost their knobs because the screws they used for the new knobs were too short. Lazy, lousy apartments. If you haven't signed the lease yet don't turn and run!!!"

"The management are super nice, really enjoyed them. we are currently moving out to a house, but if i had my choice of apartments this would be the place. Ive heard of others downing the place for bugs, we never encountered them.
there was some weird internal smells in the cabinets, and sometimes in other rooms. very odd never found out what it was, and other tenants complain of this.
some of the plumbing needs to be done asap.
my shower back in december was promised to be fixed, and i was given many excuses, all of which were good ones but, it never got fixed.
the apartment is nice, we had no next door neighbors for a while, then we got a rowdy bunch next door to us, they were loud throughout the entire day until 9pm.
realizing its kids and having fun outside, there should be a better place for the kids to go play, Instead of right out side of peoples windows. over all this place id move back into if i were go back to apartment living. I dont trust many other apartments in kingwood. great location to schools."

"Be very careful with this bunch. When we moved out they said we owed $1000 for pet damages and unpaid rent despite the $700 pet deposit we paid up front when we moved in. We are now in the process of fighting them in court and they have responded by involving a debt collection agency and are now trying to collect $6000 as well as illegally contacting and threatening both of us at work. Just know that this is coming from someone with excellent credit as we left this place to move into our newly purchased house. I don't know if anyone reads these reviews, but if we can help someone else avoid this headache it is worth it. Also, we became friends with the former office manager who after he quit said that our situation was quite common. It is very hard/expensive to fight these people and most just give in and pay. Finally, I must mention the numerous break-ins. These are unfortunately very true. They have lowered the rent on many of the apartments and a lower class of renter has moved in. We lived there for 1.5 years and saw a steady decline in clientele and break-ins (8 to 10 while we lived there) became more common and at one point the mail service was shut down to the complex due to mailboxes being broken into."

"When we arrived on site, we were blown away by how nice the property was. Climate controlled hallways, nice staff, and decent prices. We put down money to lock in prices and prepared to move. The day before we were to move in, we get a phone call stating that we needed multiple documents when we sign. It being a holiday week, it was hard to get everything, but we did. My girlfriend went in to sign the lease and the property manager was there, not the young lady that showed us around and told us the prices. He was brash, mean, and unprofessional. He came with a contract that had prices much higher and more fees than we agreed too when we put the deposit down. When she told him that these weren't correct, he proceeded to basically call her a liar and tried to pressure her into signing. I was on my way with all of my stuff to move in, so when I recieved this call, I was less than thrilled. So I asked for a meeting with the sales associate and himself so we could work this out. He told me that it would never happend and that he was leaving the property. I lost my $160. We moved in across the street and couldn't be happier. RENTERS BEWARE!!! It's a shame, becuase it is a nice place, but get your prices in writing and have the associate sign it."

"get ready to pay $250-$300 per month just for your electric bill. we cant get this apartment to go lower than 76 degrees until after 10pm with a brand new unit. the ac bill makes the rent not worth living here. $650 + $250 = way too much for a 500-600 sq ft apartment!"

"They told my sister that she was approved 20 days before she was due to move in. She gave them a deposit and everything! A day before she was due to move in, they called her and told her to bring in a few check stubs "just to double check" they said it was routine. Then the next day (the day she was due to move in), I was helping her load up her car and they call her early and say "well, you didnt get approved" and they wouldnt give her the deposit back either because they said that the deposit was to hold the apartment, which they did, and because they held it for her they werent able to rent it out to anyone else (which is true, but the reason why they werent able to "rent it to anyone else" is because THEY didnt do their jobs and "double check" before the day she was supposed to move in!!!!! )
They're unprofessional!
And we should have investigated them before, because every single review about them is absolutely awful!"
