"We have recently had a horrible experience with this bank in regards to our institutional clients. The bank decided that they could just cancel a set of CDs that were opened back in 2008 and 2009. Not only did they do this on Decemmber 24th with practically no notice, they aren't paying the total interest due through the maturity date. I would be weary of working with this bank. I had some old accounts w/Countrywide that converted to BOA and when the accounts matured I was told I would be getting a certain interest rate but when I received my statement the rate was lower than what I was verbally given. This has happened on two seperate occasions. Has anyone else had this problem?"
